Luz Michelle has spent fifteen years turning one of the most unusual origin stories in comedy into one of its sharpest voices. Born in Bogota, Colombia. Adopted by two Eastern European Jews. Raised in Staten Island. She'll be the first to tell you the material basically wrote itself.

She's performed at Caroline's, Gotham Comedy Club, The Stand, and Dangerfield's. She's taken the stage at SXSW, the NYC Comedy Festival, and Laugh Riot Grrrl Festival. She won Ladies of Laughter and has been seen on Good Morning America.
